Rod estimated a two-week processing time for closing on my Home Equity Loan and we were able to do just that, even though we were in the middle of the year-end holiday season. My husband and I now have the opportunity to consolidate some debt at a lower interest rate and get started on some long-awaited home improvements/renovation.
This experience was very similar, if not exactly what it was when I randomly called Rocket back in 2020 to inquire about refinancing my primary mortgage which closed in an unprecedented 30 days at an INCREDIBLY low rate! We were able to get rid of debt and do major home renovation at that time too.

Where to start. Amazing guy, after spending 5 months trying to get it done by pennymac he step in and said he'll get it done for me and did he delivered.
