Working with Mark was great. He was quick, efficient and got me everything I had asked for when refinancing. Unfortunately, I am knocking a few stars down to some backend issues. My biggest concern was having my mortgage sold and the new policies at a new mortgage company. I expressed that’s why I was looking elsewhere and was assured Rocket would not sell my loan.
