While my experience with Rocket and Amrock collectively has not been worth 1 star, Sean should receive more than 5 stars. He is the only reason I’ve given this business multiple opportunities. Sean will fight for you and communicates continuously. He is a wonderful reflection of what Rocket Mortgage can be. If one chooses to go with this company, I hope they get Sean.

I probably wouldn’t work with Tanner again. He made sure to be quick in responding and kept us on top of what we needed to turn in. We didn't know the refinance would be an FHA loan until we were supposed to sign the documents. There were several errors that my husband caught with the paperwork. Most of them were fixed, but there was not attention to detail the first time around. I didn’t know ...I probably wouldn’t work with Tanner again. He made sure to be quick in responding and kept us on top of what we needed to turn in. We didn't know the refinance would be an FHA loan until we were supposed to sign the documents. I didn’t know that another department would be reaching out to me, so I ignored the calls. When I reached out to Tanner, he told me to initially ignore the call. They kept coming, then Tanner told me to take the call. Even the day of close, we found errors in the paperwork.
