he was great on first phone call but did not hear much after that. not near as good of communication compared to last time we went through this with rocket a while back. Costed us more fees due to this and more interest on mortgage and credit cards. Rockets mistake costed us more $$$$$

My experience with Jacob was stellar from start to finish. He was extremely professional and easygoing without being pushy or aggressive.
He offered me different options to choose from and took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option, letting me make the final choice, without being steered.
