My initial experience with Rocket went from good to bad due to some crossed information. When my initial agent found he had insufficient experience for my unique case he passed my account over to Glenn Jackson. Mr. Jackson did everything in his power to get my loan through. He had to go through many different options, several different supervisors, and a lot of inventive angles to accomplish the goal. I was not always kind, as my frustration grew with repeated road blocks, but he was patient and worked with me to get past them. Eventually we were able to close the loan.
