Totally amazing! Our credit union wouldn’t give us a home equity loan (we had lots of equity!), so my husband talked with Craig. Craig and his team were totally non-judgmental, and within two hours we had an approved loan and closed within 18 days. Our experience with Rocket Mortgage and Justin was simply amazing! With four kids 5 and under and both having full-time jobs, having a phone conversation is a difficult task. The Rocket Mortgage website was easy and accomplished everything! The ONLY phone conversation we had to have was to schedule our closing!
