I have to say that I was in a very bad way with the first refinance process, I lost money and time. I felt like I was at the end of my rope and my mother called Michelle Bennett and asked her if she could help her daughter? Michelle said" tell her to call me and I will do must to help if I can" I called Michelle and she was so friendly and very understanding about my frustration. She took the time to explain to me how this process would work from beginning to end. She was very honest and very compassionate. I would refer anyone to her simply because she is a real person who understands people and she doesn't mind holding your hand til the end.
