Scott, everything went very smoothly and we were very satisfied up through the signing. Rate was good, we got changed over to a 30 yr fixed etc, etc. BUT, we are still waiting for a "refund" for part of the closing costs. We knew $712 would be our part, but were told we should get the $1000+ from the escrow amount. What a super easy process this was. From being able to upload screen shots of credit cards showing them paid off to just being able to review everything on line. I work for a financial institution have never seen such an easy streamlined process. I would highly recommend
