I was more than a year away from needing to refi a balloon payment when I got put together with Cass. I contacted him (on a weekend) assuming I would be 2 minutes or so on the phone. He instead spent a couple of hours walking me through every option. I was able to send him pictures of any documents he needed and I was off and running. The full process took around a month. There was never a time I was confused or didn't understand what was happening. I had several people working on my loan. Every person I spoke with was able to quickly answer my question or explain what the next step was. It was a great piece of mind to know if there were any problems, Cass was right there to step in.
I am not an easy person to impress. I expect people to be good at the career they chose, but in this case, good doesn't describe Cass. I am happy to rate Cass a full five star excellent rating.
