Bianca....Is thorough as can be. Very proacttive and encouraging in getting the job done and getting it done correctly and as quickly as possible. there is considerable information to be obtained in processing the loan application...even for incredibly qualified customers. Much of this information is repetitive. Bianca would surely benifit from providing a much more detailed explanation of the twists and turns of the application process,,,in advance. One might think that withholding this information from a valued customer is prudent and prevents frustration and possible derailment of a customers commitment to complete the process. This customer disagrees. All said, and despite the fact there are several representitives interacting with the customer during this process. Bianca gets the job done.Read MoreRead Less
