I really do not enjoy dealing with bankers car salesmen or anything like that BUT Jacob made the process so easy and stress free I would recommend (and I have) anyone I know to at least give him a chance to go over your situation with you he saved me a considerable amount of money each month which will allow me to do some home improvements we have been trying to do

It was a good experience. Got a reasonable rate. Might have liked to seen more options that were available other than another mortgage, but Duane knew what we were looking for and probably narrowed it down for us. End result was what I was looking for so he must have done just fine.
