When calling Rocket Mortgage to discuss my existing mortgage and some questions I had, I was eventually referred and connected to Allison. I wasn't necessarily looking to refinance, but once she opened up my information and did some quick analysis work, she recommended that we refinance. She was not only knowledgeable and smart - she was also cool. She understood and anticipated the hurdles and made an incredibly complex process simple and easy. She also talked to me like a human and a friend that was looking out for me. I can't say enough about her and was truly amazed that I was speaking (no offense or stereotypes meant) to someone at a mortgage company. Rocket Mortgage - hire more of her please! I will also say that EVERYONE I spoke to at Rocket Mortgage made the process easy to understand and very simple. Delightful experience....man had patience of Job....took me six months to get house together!! Only complaint was he told me that his appraiser could match the price of a local man I found. He failed to tell me that I would also have to pay them a fee. I would recommend his to friends.
