Jennifer just notified us that our re-fi was approved and passed us on the a service specialist. She really was diligent in follow-through even though we had a few hang-ups on our end in the beginning, yet she persevered in covering the time lapses for us. I think she's top-notch. I'd be pleased to work with her again should the occasion arise.
