I am very pleased with Rocket Mortgage but Shelly is who made my experience extraordinary. I was between Rocket Mortgage and my local CU for lending. Shelly made me feel more at home than my local CU was able to. She worked around my schedule and spent at least 5 hours on multiple nights after 8PM on the phone with me before I ever declared Rocket Mortgage my lender. I am very hands on and Shelly ...I am very pleased with Rocket Mortgage but Shelly is who made my experience extraordinary. I was between Rocket Mortgage and my local CU for lending. Shelly made me feel more at home than my local CU was able to. She worked around my schedule and spent at least 5 hours on multiple nights after 8PM on the phone with me before I ever declared Rocket Mortgage my lender. I am very hands on and Shelly spent time after hours just to answer my questions and go into grueling detail about my prospective loan and all the aspects of getting a mortgage. Once I did commit to Rocket Mortgage, Shelly's attitude never changed. She walked me through every step of the way. She was sure to stay on top of all parties involved and get my loan through with no issues. Even when I moved on to a new team member near the end of my loan, Shelly was still in contact with me as a friend after her portion of my loan was handled. My wife and I are in our dream home thanks to Shelly.
