Isaac was a welcomed change. Our bank lied to us and we discovered this in the hours before signing the agreement for the home. I called Rocket Mortgage in desperation to find the solution to our problems. Isaac took charge of the situation and worked closely with us and our realtor to find the proper mortgage plan and get us our home.
