I first learned about Rocket Mortgage online and wasn't sure if it was one of those scams. I decided to take the chance and call because I was sick of paying mortgage insurance with the other guys. Well, long story short, Derek called me back and within a month I have a new mortgage with no mortgage insurance. Quick indeed.
