Oh, My goodness...where to start? I am super busy and do not have the time to chase everything most mortgage brokers say is necessary. Less than 3 weeks ago I had a delightful conversation with Derek and it was actually pleasant. Not intimidating. I am VERY pleased to say on Tuesday I will close on my house. Less years and over 3% less than last rate, but....this is the good part 1.5 % less than my current lender offered with 5 additional years. I had been referred by a friend to Rocket Mortgage, but Derek is the selling point for me. The communication and teamwork is outstanding. I will be making recommendations for this team.
