I cannot recommend Rocket Mortgage and Justin highly enough!! It was my first time refinancing a house. Justin was there every step. I had a hard time with some of the computer uploading, (not his fault, mine) and he spent as much time as i needed to get me through it. Anytime i had a question he would get back to me in minutes!! Mike was incredibly helpful. We were having a hard time deciding if it was a good time to refinance and he was very patient with us going back and forth.
