When I talked to Rocket Mortgage I knew I wanted a fixed rate. Cass worked with me to get the perfect one for me and my husband. We did all the paperwork and when it came time to close my husband was a bit Leary the way the closing was handled. By a notary. They either meet you at your house or at a local place. Well Cass explained the procedure to me, since Rocket Mortgage is not local to my area this is how the closing is handled. After his explanation my husband was on board. I would recommend him to anyone of my friends or family that want to refinance. Also the lady who was the Notary who closed our loan was one of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to meet.
