Neil Apolzan was so KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND ALWAYS ATTENTIVE AS IF WE WERE HIS ONLY CLIENT. He was thorough in understanding our own personal needs, as if we were a family member.
