I had a choice of Institutions to refinance our home. After contacting four of such, I choose Rocket Mortgage and contacted Ron McRae. The initial process was speedy, but so much documentation was required, the process slowed towards the end. Ron always kept us informed as the loan proceeded along. While Joe is accessible and responsive, he is not well supported by technology (numerous glitches), combersome (and sometimes duplicative) processes, and poor communications between his support staff. However, without exception, the Rocket Mortgage people are sincere, knowledgeable, and want to do the best for their customers. Brian was very professional and helpful throughout the process from the beginning to the end. We had some challenges with one of the creditor for a subordination process, but other than that we were able to address the situation. He shows that he truly cares about the consumers.
