Justin could not have been more helpful, knowledgable and efficient! I was NOT an easy refinance as my income-to-debt ratio was pretty high. Justin presented multiple ways that we could go about the refinance in ways that the underwriters would be willing to accept (which is ultimately the goal, correct?).
