Having dealt with only banks for mortgages in the past, we were very skeptical of the Rocket Mortgage process.. Several times, we attempted to refinance through the bank who held our mortgage but found it very difficult. From the moment we talked to Chris, we were confident we were doing the right thing refinancing with Rocket Mortgage. He gave me the answers I needed to make a decision on my loan - all went very smoothly - Loved the MY Rocket Mortgage site made everything flow nicely.
