I own several properties and over the years have financed and refinanced my mortgages and not all have been very good experiences. After watching one of Rocket Mortgage's Rocket Mortgage commercials and the need to expedite the process, I thought I would give them a call.

Right from the beginning Alyssa was great. The actual process can be completely handled online which a perfect way to handle the details but Alyssa was always there when needed. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and was very quick to handle any question or concern I had (not that I had many concerns with Rocket Mortgage). Overall, the online system really helped to keep the process moving.
