Bianca....Is thorough as can be. Very proacttive and encouraging in getting the job done and getting it done correctly and as quickly as possible. there is considerable information to be obtained in processing the loan application...even for incredibly qualified customers. One might think that withholding this information from a valued customer is prudent and prevents frustration and possible derailment of a customers commitment to complete the process.
