My only complaint was that after I started the process I got more than I can count advertisements that stated better terms than I was getting. Checking them out was a waste of time as Sarah was very much up front with what was available.

Joseph is courteous, knowledgeable, and warm and friendly. It was a pleasure working with him, even though it was rather quick. That's how expeditious he is! There were several routes we could have taken but he moved the way I preferred to go and didn't try to talk me into something else. If there's one thing I cannot stand its a pushy salesman- Joseph does not fit that title!
