John is attentive, considerate and intelligent. He helped me through the process and I ended up with a much better rate than I would have elsewhere. Though there were hiccups, which were not his doing, he still lead me to a closing that satisfied me, and I'm grateful I chose him and Rocket Mortgage. They're a great company and live up to their reputation.

Great experience with Steve and his team Steve walked me through the process initially when I was very unsure as to what to do. He was patient with all my questions and responded quickly to all my emails. I highly recommend Rocket Mortgage and if you can get Steve and his team that's even better
