Robert, came through for us and said that he could help us condense our house, car, and the few credit cards that we had and refinance our loan for a lower rate than what we were paying on our old loan. Well that just blew us away and we are grateful for this because we are retired and live on a fixed income which will free up monies to pay more on the loan that we will be getting.

Joseph was very straight forward, very specific and direct concerning the knowledge of loans. He immediately took care of the mistakes I've made purchasing a 30-year mortgage. He was complete and thorough and everything that he had to say to me and do for me he knew exactly what to do and how to do it. He also explain to me that the other bank had taken unfair advantage of me. He said that was not a good thing for anyone to have done and he immediately started acting up on what he felt was best for me. He got in touch with all the other people that needed to help me with my next loan and they immediately contacting me. They were they were very equipped with everything that I needed to have and they made sure that I knew exactly what needed to be sent to them and I did so immediately. Within 30 days I was completely finished with my loan they had combined my actual mortgage with my equity loan and even at a lower percentage. He was also there with me through everything I had this number and all I had to do was call him. However there was never any reason to call him because he had given me the right people to contact and to get my information going. I'm very respectful of this quick and Loan I'm very surprised at how well and how easy it was done. The whole process was very quick,and very precise, i would recommend the whole process to anyone.
