Chris was great! Can you imaging within 1 hour or so, i knew that i was qualified for the loan and all the documents were uploaded to make life easier bet myself and the financing department. When calling Rocket Mortgage to discuss my existing mortgage and some questions I had, I was eventually referred and connected to Allison. I wasn't necessarily looking to refinance, but once she opened up my information and did some quick analysis work, she recommended that we refinance. She was not only knowledgeable and smart - she was also cool.
