I love it, seeing everybody give you the maximum rate. You have to be almost a Saint..!
When we start to get connected, you gave me two options, one with higher interest but lower closing cost and one lower rate and higher cost. I chose after doing the math the lower interest with the higher cost. Starting with the event you had to step down because of a loss in your family, still sorry for that. We were referred to Rocket Mortgage a few years ago to get a lower interest rate. Frank really helped us with refinancing our loan. He is very knowledgeable on the subject. Just recently Frank called us to let us know we were out from under the Harp and could refinance our second mortgage. Although I didn't qualify for a refinance I found him to be very knowledgeable, very generous in sharing everything he knows and extremely patient in answering all of my questions.
