I was lucky enough to get Dominic who had started our whole process and told me we definitely qualified after chatting for 10 minutes or less. Never thought I'd use Rocket Mortgage for a mortgage, and I've never had a good experience using a VA loan. Dan and his team made it possible and quick. Is refer anyone to them, but especially anyone looking at a VA loan. Think it was 30 days (maybe a day or two more or less) from initial contact to closing, with everything done at my dining room table.
