I never wrote a question he did not respond back to. He gave me the answers I needed to make a decision on my loan - all went very smoothly - Loved the MY Rocket Mortgage site made everything flow nicely. When Brian was not available or involved in a specific part of the loan h emade sure I had the proper person to talk or correspond with. I am Very impressed with Rocket Mortgage.

Initially very intimidated by the loan process even though I have been through it before. But Ember turned out to be a fanatic -- in a good way. Scott was helpful and honest through the process of refinancing. He was always available to answer questions and would explain them in great detail. He saved us close to $600. a month on our house payment. I tell everyone I know if they need refinancing to call Scott !!!
