Being the person that always being told for one reason or the other why I can't have my mortgage refinancing by many companies. It was a great experience for me. Not only I got approved but the process was a synch. Everything was done on the ph. The only time I've seen paper work was on the day of closing when the Lawer came conveniently to my home. There was never any empty promises just straight up as to what to expect, and I'm happy to say I've had a better deal than I've expected. The new way of doing paperless business is the best thing ever. I can go on and on about this company and that's not something I ever done before so all I'll say is they really came true for me when I needed them to. Did I mention it took lest than 30 days from start to finish. I can't say every one will have the same experience I did but to me they are the best thing out there I'll never forget the wonderful experience I had with them. So for me, 5 stars for Rocket Mortgage and Chad.
