I refinanced my home beginning in late July. Due to the high volume of home sales in Oregon my appraisal took nearly two months. Melanie made sure my locked rate got extended twice. In every facet of my refinance, she was involved in making it work for me. Overall with the exception of the appraisal delay, of course not Rocket Mortgages fault, everything went very smoothly.
