Mark provided a quick loan system which required less documentation for a conventional REFI loan for a second home mortgage loan. Most electronic processing ran smoothly until the final closing was disrupted by holiday season and inaccurate old documents by current lender. Let's say I've dealt with Rocket Mortgage before and had great results even with reading some horror stories out there. Well again went for refinance and and worked with Nick during the process. Great results listened to what I wanted to do and came through with a great package. Let's say I've dealt with Rocket Mortgage before and had great results even with reading some horror stories out there. Well again went for refinance and and worked with Nick during the process. Great results listened to what I wanted to do and came through with a great package. He was even able to save me some more money in the end as our appraisal value was higher, so was able to reduce some points.

Would definately work with him again and recommend anyone looking for home loan or refi to contact him.
