I began my journey with Rocket Mortgage as an unsure, prospective customer. Just wanted info on lower rates and a possible consolidation of bills due to recent death of my husband from ALS. I was blessed the day Dimitry picked up that phone. Someone was looking after me! He was kind and assertive. From the moment I contacted Rocket Mortgage to begin my refinance options, Evan calmed my fears and anxiety immediately. He remained in constant contact with me from beginning to the end. I had some family issues arise in the middle of the refinance process but Evan never left my side though it took a year to resolve the family issues in order to close on my loan. THANK YOU EVAN!!!!!!
