I received in the mail a letter stating that I could refinance my present mortgage to a much lower rate . At first I was very skeptical is refinancing from a bank to a mortgage company. I called and Mike answered the call. He explained everything and how much I would save along with fitting the mortgage for my needs At first I looked at a 30 yr and compared it to a 20yr.
