When I first started to work with Erin I really wasn't sure I was ready to refinance my home due to past credit issues. After supplying Erin with our information to get started in the refinance process I was given an unexpected surprise. I was completely shocked at how much money I was actually going to save on my mortgage each month. Still skeptical of whether or not this was going to actually happen the next few week were challenging for me but Erin was my life line to get through this process. It was difficult for me to change departments as my loan application proceeded forward. I was always able to contact Erin for reassurance of what I was being told by the other departments at Rocket Mortgage.
