Five stars plus five for Lisa James at Rocket Mortgage. What a great experience. The days of dealing with pushy mortgage brokers from other banks is over. I normally do not have the time nor desire to rate customer satisfaction, however I felt Lisa's work ethic deserved it. The documents I uploaded were almost immediately acknowledged and acted upon. Everything went exactly like she had offered, from the appraisal appointment, closing numbers etc. We closed two weeks early.

When it initially appeared I wouldn't be able to do the refi, she was sympathetic and caring. And then, when it turned out I could, she quickly reopened my file and got to work. Terrific experience.
