I gave many thoughts before choosing Quick and Loans but DeAnna from the start lead me in the right direction. She stayed on it and made sure that I was very comfortable with the process. Which became VERY easy. I was very pleased with her service and guidance because the rest of the TEAM was great also. But the start really matters. GREAT JOB DeAnna!!

If you are looking at a reverse mortgage and need information about the process, I recommend Neil to you. He was very helpful to work with and I particularly liked that he responded to our e-mails and /or phone calls in a timely manner. Mike made this process less stressful for me. He was great throughout the entire process. No question was too trivial, and he took the time to walk me through the process. I was a little anxious when the rest of "the team" took over - Lillian, and Douglas, but they were just as encouraging and professional as Mike.
And yes, I would recommend Rocket Mortgage to anyone needing to get a mortgage- ...Mike made this process less stressful for me. He was great throughout the entire process. Gordon was very easy to work with one of the most pleasant, hassle free loans I have received he was very courteous and helpful throughout the loan process not only was Gordon on his game the staff at Rocket Mortgage was as well I have never been treated as nice as these group people has been to me. I am making it a point to write this review for Cass because he is very deserving of it! Our time is very valuable to us, as our lives have gotten A LOT more busy with baby #3 in our lives, and Cass made the refinancing process so easy!! My husband and I had been looking into the refinancing rate for a few months and he had read a lot online about how Rocket Mortgage were rated one of the top ...I am making it a point to write this review for Cass because he is very deserving of it! Our time is very valuable to us, as our lives have gotten A LOT more busy with baby #3 in our lives, and Cass made the refinancing process so easy!! My husband and I had been looking into the refinancing rate for a few months and he had read a lot online about how Rocket Mortgage were rated one of the top mortgage companies to get a home loan through, so we finally decided the month our 3rd baby was born to go ahead with a refinance! Cass called us almost within an hour of my husband putting a request in for a refinance and what do you know, that Cass grew up in Northern Michigan, just right around the corner from where we live! He is a very personable guy to work with and totally down to earth! What appealed to me was that he PROMISED that the refinance that we were doing was NOT going to be handed off to some 3rd party mortgage company! Any loan that we get, it will stay with Rocket Mortgage! On top of that, we got a lower interest rate. Being a family of 5 now, any money that we can save is money that can be put towards the kids' future, which is great in my book!
Overall Cass's personable character, and positive vibe testifies that he will go far with this company and I would recommend in a heart beat any of my FAMILY or FRIENDS to have Cass handle their home loans! I know they would be taken care of! Thanks again Cass for being on top of it and staying in touch! Remember Northern Michigan summers rock!
