As a mortgage holders with Rocket for over 5 years, my wife and I felt positive about our decision to seek a Home equity loan from Rocket as well. Honestly, up until we began dealing with Jennifer, we felt frustrated and unappreciated by the way we had been tried in our efforts to secure the loan. It wasn't until Jennifer began to assist us with the process, that what was going to be a situation where we were preparing to withdraw our loan and seek assistance elsewhere. Once she took over, we finally felt someone understood our request and did their best to ensure the loan proceed in a timely manner.
