he was always there and if busy got back to us quickly. We always felt he was in our corner and he explained details in an honest and down to earth manner.He always listens and does not talk over you
which was the reason we tried Rocket Mortgage as the loan advisor with our previous lender was a nightmare,wouldn't listen and wouldn't get back to us at all after promising to do so. This goes on a lot
in this industry as we've had other less than stellar encounters in the past.We've also had great ones and
