I have done many a loan closing in the past and Alan and Rocket Mortgage were both the best experience I have ever had while closing a loan. Every Time I had a question, Alan was quick and cheerful in responding to me. I can be a little aggressive with my attitude, based on past loan closing experiences but Alan was always polite and friendly. I could just kick myself for waiting so long before ...I have done many a loan closing in the past and Alan and Rocket Mortgage were both the best experience I have ever had while closing a loan.
