Other than the excessively long time it took to go to closing after we refused to allow someone to come here to do the closing, and the pay out was less than we had asked for, the experience was as good as to be expected. Thanks !

Rocket Mortgage and DeAnna gave me the best Customer service I've ever experienced. The hardest thing was getting a login for my wife but DeAnna was sooo patient and helpful in getting us through that. Then just keeping us informed through the whole process; letting us know what was going to happen next. She made herself available after hours even late at night. Amazing!
