After starting with another company, I switched to Rocket Mortgage 2 months into the process with the other company- a nationally recognized bank with branches in my area. I could follow the loan process, see what they needed, and easily upload any information. I could follow the loan process, see what they needed, and easily upload any information. My refi was complicated because I own a few businesses, my house is in a trust and have rental properties. Jonathan simplified in ONE month , what the other bank couldn't get done on 2 months. His communication was excellent and very timely.
