Lynae was my initial contact and helped me really get started. She provided great information and options for my refi. Once the terms of the loan are established, they give you a new contact to take you thru the rest of the process. Despite this, Lynae was always still available to answer any questions or concerns I had. She was the best part of the process!

Chad assured me that he could accomplish refinancing and save me money in less than 1 month and he did!!! The entire process was easy to follow and all at times Chad and his associates were very professional.
I asked a lot of questions as I am not a business person. ( I'm a retired nurse) At no time did I feel my questions were a nuisance but rather they were well received and explained in a manner I could understand.
I would definitely recommend Rocket Mortgage to everyone...in fact I have!

My experience with Brent during my loan losing was nothing short of pleasant and easy. Brent kept me informed throughout the transaction. He helped keep the transaction on tract without any issues. I am in the real estate industry and have access to many lenders but with people like Brent I would only use Rocket Mortgage.
