Not long into our first home offer, after putting Ernest money down, inspection, appraisal etc. I found out that the home was located in a gang territory and my wife and I reluctantly had to back out of the house... My wife in tears and myself thinking we would have to start all over from scratch and unsure of what was to come I knew I needed to call Zach.. He is awesome!! Zach immediately Made me feel good about my decision and assured me that it was not a major deal to continue on with our goal and he would be there for us to make the adjustments.. We felt soooo much better.. He made us feel like he truly cares about us and we truly believe he does.. After listening to his advise as to what the next steps were we got back on track for another house hint and eventually found what we were looking for...
