After having reviewed our options with other online lenders and with a major bank lending organization, the difference is night and day. Other lenders were less agile in offerings than Sal and Rocket Mortgage. The traditional banking route was not shall we say, "user friendly" and their hidden fees and legal double talk didn't inspire the kind of confidence that Sal and Rocket Mortgage's transparent process offers to customers. Sal went out of his way to offer all he could in discounts and services, going beyond what we asked for, much less expected.
