I was reassured many times that my loan process would be short even though I had already been in the process 2 weeks with another lender and the VA appraisal was already accomplished. I ended up providing documentation easily that Rocket Mortgage had delayed getting. The process took over 3 months to complete. My payoff check was sent to me and I had to resend it to the creditor--another delay ...I was reassured many times that my loan process would be short even though I had already been in the process 2 weeks with another lender and the VA appraisal was already accomplished.
