Since I was talking to another Loan officer, I did not respond to Olivia's phone call. But after looking at her profile and reviews, it was clear to me that I should find out more about how we could work together. Olivia was immediately engaged with my situation and how she could best serve me. That was only 2 days ago, and I'm already awaiting my appraisal!
