From my first conversation with Robert, I felt that he really care about what my financial goals were, and he took the time to explain to me the various available refinancing options. He was very respectful while we made the decision about refinancing, and did not pressure us at all . He guided me throught the on-line refinancing application process, and answered all of my questions. Robert is professional, knowlegable, and has a very calmed and honest way about himself. I highly recommend him and he has helped us tremendesly to create a better financial future for our family.
