He was on top of every question we had and sent almost immediate answers to our questions.We had our own Rocket Mortgage website where we were sent a to do list,paperwork required for processing our loan.There was also a message board if we didn't understand what they were asking for and always their response was immediate and they explained it to us in detail.I honestly loved Alex's personality,I know that I put a lot on him the fist few weeks but he never made me feel like I was being a pain.I hope Alex gets a big fat raise after dealing with me because I know I drove him crazy sometimes.Thank You Alex,we have our dream home now and this happened within 30day's.I will recommend you to anyone looking to buy a new home....P.S thanks for the AWESOME interest rate!
