Our loan officer Manar help us from day one. She explained the refi threw Rocket Mortgage and helped us fill the needed paper work correctly. She gave the best rate possible and never once did the rate increase. My wife and I had a few questions as the loan progressed, Manar and her Rocket Mortgage team explained our questions promptly. I hadn't refinamced in five years so I decided to call the bank that holds my mortgage and see about a refinance. I was put on hold. Best decision I ever made. I knew that our credit rating was relatively new, and our credit experiance was fairly new. But Stephen, and the rest of his team did an amazing job. So I figured what the hell, lets give Rocket Mortgage a shot.
